looks liek Harry Redknapp is going to be the new Spurs manager.

Why would you leave Portsmouth for Spurs? espcially right now, Harry is making history at Pompey they host AC Milan soon.

damn Ramos really failed. Fuck spurs. They were idiots to sack Jol. He was building an excellent team and then they sacked him over a few bad result. I think Ramos has been found out. The reason Sevilla won was because of the players.

I guess Redknapp wants a new challenge and i suppose he was offered a lot of money. Sucks for pompey fans. and the West Ham wont be happy either,

Well Ramos was good with Sevilla, the attacking philosphy he had was great, but Sevilla did fuck up alot though when it mattered.

Sacking Jol was dumb though, aint Hamburg top of the Bundesliga.

Also whats that Brian Clough qoute something like

"if the chairman sacks the manager he appointed then surely he should go too" He had a point.

I think it was Beckenbaur that said recently that Germany had got one over on England by having Jol managing there.

I think Ramos may have been part of the reason why Robbie Keane left Spurs.

True, they were idiots for firing Martin Jol. He was constructing something there and those poncy board-members that want more and bigger and better and most of all they want it NOW, fired him over a few poor weeks.

Watching Chelsea - Liverpool here. 10 mins in and it's 0-1! Silly deflection. Arbeloa took a shot and it deflected off Bosingwa. Cech had no chance.

Good for the match! This should be a cracker.

Edit 16:08: Well, it's still 0-1. 15 mins to go. Good match. Not highest quality football but its a real fight. Still very open match.

Yeah, he caught Almunia off the line, but nonetheless, 40 yards out is no joke, and he wasn't THAT far off his line either. Almunia could have stopped it, but it was coming down way too fast for him.
