Unfortunately, if there were any, they'd be everywhere like Arnolds.
His workouts were documented through books he did, or work out notes he was working out.
There are actual workouts he would do, but he didn't even put them down on paper yet, so they were lost.
His philosophies on not over-training, having proper form being better than more weight and all that is still relevant today.

It's funny that he only did 2, and modern society says to do 3.
