I'm sure all of you have read the MTV news article about 2pac's last album and the Foundation Center..... it seems that some of us have forgotten what got 2pac to where he is, and what has grown his life to mythical proportions.......and it wasn't a building servicing a small niche community...... it was MUSIC... with no boundaries.... with messages that can be played over and over again.
I believe that 2pac's Legacy has suffered from a lack of direction & purpose. Sacrificing the quality of 2pac's music, for the "monetary gain" to build this magical foundation that will teach kids what they already know is pure insanity. The whole reason eminem produced the album was so Amaru Ent got as many points as possible off the album = MORE DOUGH!!!! As a result we heard 2pac as Mickey Mouse and 2pac as James Earl Jones... thanks to a certain "producer" who doesnt understand the basics of pitch & tempo. I hope the last 4 tracks on Loyal to the Game was a preview of 2pacs FINAL ALBUM.... lets send him off into the sunset the way the GREATEST RAPPER should be.....
Music is eternal.
