Common told the BMI “How I Wrote That Song” panel that”It’s Your World” off of his Be album (my favorite Common album) was inspired by a conversation he had with a prostitute.

DJ Khaled caught up with Vibe to discuss his upcoming album, Victory, and it being Shyne’s first appearance since being released from jail.

I still don’t get how Khaled manages to get such star-studded features all the time.

Props to TMZ and Game, this is like one of the best casual interviews I’ve ever seen done with a rapper. Game dropped by TMZ studios after Tila Tequila tweeted that he was the father of the baby she is pregnant with. Ok, rewind, who is Tila Tequila I hope you ask (I still have faith in humanity)? She’s an (attention) whore who was made famous on MySpace and reality TV and has completely lost control.

Over the past six months she accused her then boyfriend Shawn Merriman of beating her, but was found to be lying, said she was pregnant with a baby for her brother, also a lie, then was “engaged” to Johnson & Johnson heiress Casey Johnson who tragically died which allowed Tila to go on an attention seeking frenzy as she “mourned” for her “wife” (whom she knew less than a month) while posing provocatively for the paparazzi and claimed she knew Casey better than her life long friends and family, who she accused of killing Casey’s dogs of all things (lie). Johnson’s body was found in her house after having been dead for days, where was Tila then? Anyway, that is neither here nor there right now because now that that controversy has faded, Tila, obviously afraid of drifting off of the gossip blog radar, has said she is pregnant with Game’s baby.

Apparently in between whoring herself and mourning she had time to fuck Game, who denies even knowing her, which brings us to the TMZ interview.

Game also talks about Tiger Woods, Obama, 50 Cent, the Super Bowl, OJ Simpson, Kim Kardashian, Bow Wow owing him $85,000, and a lot more. Props to TMZ for actually flat out asking Game about appearing on “Change of Heart,” it’s the first time I’ve seen him talking about it.

Haystak disses a multitude of rappers while drunk in this video. He goes off on Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent, Kanye West, Tony Yayo, Game, Ludacris, DJ Unk, Russell Simmons and Shawwna.

I’m tellin’ you Haystak, you definitely opened a war with some of these rappers that came out of your drunken mouth, no respect at all. He does shout out Young Buck though.

Lola (who I am developing a huge net crush on right now) caught up with Ja Rule via iChat to discuss his current career moves, here is what she had to say about it and then the video itself:

Last night, Rick and Buck randomly called me from the studio to chit chat and play me some records. They told me Ja was in the studio too. Rick was like “Hey, you want that drop for your website from Ja now?” and I thought….well why don’t I just do an #ichatsessionwith Ja since it would be over ichat anyway. Ja said “Let’s do it” so Buck set it up on his computer. Unfortunately for me, all the questions I wanted to ask him including something along the lines of “Where have you been? What have you been doing? Where you at?” litterally went out the window. It was 3 am and I had had a very long day…but this was gonna go down regardless. So here’s what came out of it. I think it’s a pretty dope conversation either way. His volume is kind of rough too, but it is what it is.“If you don’t have a chance to sit back and see the clip, here’s a brief blurb on what Ja says. Basically he is no longer on The Inc., but rather on his own label Mpire where he has 2 other artist signed as well: Harry O (who’s in the studio next to him) and Merc Montana. He’s now working on an album that’s due to come out in summer of 2010.” – Lola

I’ve got to admit, we’ve kind of slept on Yelawolf around these parts. I didn’t even know it was him on the hook for Slim Thug’s “I Run,” and that was one of my favorite singles of last year. But no more! Here is an interview he just did with ThisIs50 that gives a good look at the type of guy Yela is.
