It’s official. Shyne is being deported back to Belize tomorrow. Fuck. I guess there is still hope that Governor David Paterson will overturn the decision or allow him to return to the US after deportation, but it isn’t looking good right now.

First it was Method Man, now the Internal Revenue Service is coming after Nas.

The IRS has ironically slammed Nas with a demand for $2.5 million in unpaid taxes. They have requested he pay the massive figure amount for outstanding taxes owed between 2006 and 2007. This is only another troubled time for Nas because his estranged wife Kelis managed to pull $30,471 a month for her and their infant son Knight. What the fuck is the deal with rappers wives these days dropping a splintered ball bat on their nuts? Eminem’s wife Kim said he sucked in bed and wasn’t well-endowed, and now Kelis pulled almost $31,000 from Nas’ ass.

This was kind of unexpected but to be expected at the same time, I guess. Last night during the Powerhouse show in Philadelphia, with Jay-Z headlining, Beanie Sigel came out at the end of the D-Block set and apparently fired some shots at Jigga.

He performed “Mack Bitch,” his verse from Raekwon’s “Have Mercy” and “Feel It In The Air” before spitting his own version of Jay-Z’s Blueprint 3 intro, a cappella. Beans apparently took offense to Jay’s original when he spits “Grown men, they want me to sit them on my lap. But I ain’t got no beard and Santa Claus ain’t black” and he spit “I’m comin down my chimney with a Mac and go blat! That’s what I’m talkin about!”

He then followed that with some “I run this town!”s.

Hopefully someone has some clearer footage that shows Beanie’s freestyle…

2Pac is coming back this Halloween on a free mixtape from DJ Whoo Kid produced by Cookin’ Soul. Soul has sampled horror movie themes to create new beats for 10 ‘Pac tracks, and it sounds real good too!

Another one bites the dust. Lil Wayne will be sentenced in February 2010 after pleading guilty to felony gun possession.

Even after fan outcry and public support, it looks like Shyne is still set to be deported to Belize when he is released from custody.

Miss Info got the scoop from Angine Martinez, who is close friends with ‘Po.

Today I was hanging out with my girl Angie Martinez on her show, and she told me she talked to Shyne and he wanted to share this update….

Shyne’s team is fighting to stay in the US where his mother and his grandmother live and where they raised him….but it seems like he’s going to have to continue the fight from Belize. Shyne will be released from Immigration custody but will then be deported to Belize soon. He has Harvard Professor Charles Ogletree advocating on his behalf in concert with his legal team. They’re still urging fans to reach out to Governor Patterson’s office to petition for Shyne’s pardon (click here for Paterson’s email and his address) but deportation is imminent.

And what about Shyne’s mental state? Angie says “Shyne is one of the strongest people I know and he’s handling this situation just as I’d expect him to. It must be frustrating for all of his friends and family; he served his time, and keeps getting all these different dates and conflicting information. But he’s a soldier, he’s dealing with it.”

Saigon confirmed on his twitter that his mother passed away yesterday. Our condolences to the rapper and his family.

Today also happens to be his daughters first birthday. Bitter sweet day for Saigon no doubt.

You’re telling me that Diddy is so unavailable to Mase that he had to resort to crashing a Diddy radio interview just to have his release papers signed? Damn Puff you cold, I hope Dirty Money was paying attention! You gotta admit that’s a nice chess move by Mase though, and it’s good to see he hasn’t abandoned religion either, he signed himself just before Diddy signed the papers. Looks like Mase knows he needs all the help in this world (and beyond) when it comes to getting something out of Puff.

“I don’t even know how to take that, I’m not used to Puff doing good stuff.” Ouch.

Anyone down for a Mase and Shyne collaboration? Something tells me Diddy isn’t.

DMX was set to perform in Colorado but security wouldnt let him get on because he was an hour late (so?) and threatened to arrest the rapper if he tried to get on stage.

Shit got rowdy when he jumped up and the crowd got involved when security tried to physically pull him off.

Usher’s recent 911 call has been leaked. According to the audio Usher claims his estranged ex-wife Tameka Raymond keyed his car and an officer responded the previous day and said she fled the scene. The audio is kind of choppy in the beginning but here it is.

A Hollywood show that was supposed to reunite DJ Quik and Suga Free ended in a fight when Quik started punching Free’s hypeman, who apparently said something disrespectful to Quik.

Backstage at the BET Hip Hop Awards Young Jeezy lets the world know that he and Jay-Z are planning to shoot a video for “Real As It Gets” from Jigga’s Blueprint 3.
