At 6:40 AM on Wednesday (August 27) Marion “Suge” Knight was arrested in Las Vegas on drug and assault charges.

Knight was booked at Clark County jail after being accused of beating his girlfriend while holding a knife in his hand and for illegal possession of a weapon and drugs.

The identity of the women has not been revealed.

Knight and his girlfriend were arguing in a car when he allegedly bashed her on the head.

The women then grabbed the steering wheel from Knight while the car was in motion which caused the vehicle to skid and hit the curb.

“Police said the woman tried to run away, but Knight caught her,” reported AP (Associated Press).

Officer Jacinto Rivera revealed that the women was not seriously injured but was taken to a hospital to be treated for minor injuries.

A scheduled court appearance from Knight has not been confirmed.

is he takin our his aggresion on women cuz he couldn't get his hands on the guy..

I have to ask WHY!?! He knows he's got drugs on him, he knows he can't possess a weapon legally, why not have his posse carry the weapons and the drugs and beat the woman in private??? Maybe being rich would lower my IQ too...
