better body
what is an easy way to get a better looking body, mainly pecs and abs. keeping in mind that i have no weights, no money, no regular hours at my job to get a gym membership. should i just stick with push ups and sit ups like i have been?
also i dont care about strength i just want it to look cool. yes i am shallow.

Yeah sit ups and push ups but make sure you are doing them right. Feet off the ground, arms crossed on your chest, dont lift your back off the ground just crunch. Thats why nowdays they are called crunches and not really sit ups.
Do push ups too, fingers forming a triangle with hand fingertips about an inch apart.

Push Ups wont increase you muscles that much though. Maybe you could start off with Push Ups and then after a while you could start doing weights. Do about 3 sets of 50 push ups a day.
I getting back into weight training again. I bought a bench yesterday.

it's up to you. Try to do more and more with every week but when you feel you just can't do any more just stop it. Every day before I go to sleep I do 70-150 push ups (depending on how tired I am). I know it's bad to do them before sleeping but I have no other possibility.

I used to do about 200-300 a day(not all together of course).
Someone said here before that doing a load of press ups only increases your stamina. They will only build you up a certain amount. Weights is the way to go. You could get a set of weights for about 100 euros or else join the gym. i dont really like going to the gym. Too many posers around.

well people said it all before. Push ups are a way to stay in shape and all, crunches might help too....but, if u think about gainin muscles and really change your look, you'll have 2 use weights.
