I have downloaded 3/4 of the videos and i have read the guides and diet plan...Has anybody tried this system? Had any luck/success with it?

I'm about to start it. I've been doin the cardio, plyo, stretch, yoga for about 3 weeks. It's pretty hard at first, make sure you're in really good physical condition before you start, mainly stamina. The hardest part for me right now is changing my diet and all that.
