Asthma?
Anyone else here have asthma?
How does it affect you in terms of training and excercise?

Depens a lot on how severe it is - if you have serious problems but still want to pratice hard I'd suggest to see a doctor. He can give ya sprays and stuff that would help in case of an attack during pratice etc....

^^Do you have asthma.I have an inhaler but i find that some days i am out of breath after a short bit of running and then other days i am well able for the full session.

No, I personally don't have asthma....yet.
Do you use your inhaler regulary or just if you are in need? Have you tried 2 inhale on days where you're out of breath after a short while? does it help?

i have asthma, dosent usualy stop me from doing any working out except around september for some reason.

I do take the inhaler once a day.I usually take it just before training.I think my fitness could be better as well though.

well maybe you should talk with your doctor about it, sometimes changin the substance helps a lot, maybe just talk about it.
