what gym routine/regimen is better - working out your entire body 3 days a week (monday, wed, friday with rest on sat and sun) or doing, for eg, bisceps and back on monday, triceps on tues etc etc but going 4 days a week with 3 days rest

Why all these threads? Who is this girl from the internet you're meeting in a few weeks?

I know that one day Kelli and I are gonna to get married on top of a mountain, and there's going to be flutes playing and trombones and flowers and garlands of fresh herbs. And we will dance till the sun rises. And then our children will form a family band. And we will tour the countryside and you won't be invited!

working out different muscle groups for each day is a good idea...and getting lots of rest in between....for example....bicepts, tricepts, forearms, chest, back, on day 1, then lats, quads, caffs, shoulders, hamstrings on day 2....and crunches and cardio should be done everyday...
i usually did it that way..but in a certain order...it worked great for me

You'll get different answers for this question, but heres my opinion.
Work your entire body 3 times a week. Why? Think of it this way, you'll be working your biceps 4 times a month if you work certain muscles each work out period. If you work out your entire body you'll be working on the biceps atleast 12 times a month. Working your entire body also forces your body to burn more calories if you want to lose weight/lower your body fat.
Eat a lot of protein (if you weigh 190, eat 190 grams of protein) and you'll be building a lot of muscle. If you do cardio do High Intensity Interval Training to preserve muscles

doing your entire body 3 times a week. if your wanting to build muscle. dont do cardio, cardio tears down your muscle.
best way to lose your stomach if you have a gut. is Pull ups, crunches can work. but by pull ups thats working your stomach muscles more.

There is no easy anwser for that question. First of all, you need to post your whole routine if u want serious anwsers. Second, if you are a beginner, entire body workouts are better 2 get used 2 training but there is a certain point when u better switch 2 a spilt routine. That's about it.

now tell me that your biceps work only when you train them on the biceps training day?? u know that's not true.same muscles are involved in lots of exercises, only not equally. i do a 4 day split program. first day for legs, 2nd day for my back and shoulders, 3rd day for my arms and 4th day for my chest. program works good, increased my strenght, endurance, added some size. but i agree full body program is better for beginner, split program for advanced athletes.
