I was always curious.. Is there any way to make you're body grow taller? I kinda stoped growing when I was 15.. I'm not THAT small really but I would like some more actually. I'm like 170cm tall. Is there any way to grow any more? I've heard somewhere that bones grow till someone hits 21. Is there a way to make them grow? Thanks in advance.

I am about 6'1 and once my growth spurt "started" I started to drink alot of milk and also played sports. Milk does make you stronger but it doesn't guarantee you will be taller.... It helps though.

The only way to really grow (and even that only works in your youth, as soon as your body is done with growin, you can't tell it to grow again) are human growth hormones..... but usually that is only used if you're really small, it's not something u use cause u want to be a lil taller, it's something you'd use cause you have to.

Over all, if u just wanna be a lil taller, well, there is no way to help you - be satisfied and get used to what you got. If you're 18 years old, you're body is almost done with growin, maybe a couple of cm, but don't expect too much no more. Get used to it.

Its funny how people say that you should drink milk to grow tall.Im a milk addict.I drink about 2 litres a day since i was kid and it didnt make me grow taller.Im about 5'7.Id give anything to be taller.It is a huge advantage for sports like soccer and hurling which i play.

Its all about genetic.Some people are tall because one of their parents or grandparents might be.

I hope I'll have like 175. So milk doesn't give anything? Hormones.. they're expensive and there's too much risk using them. I'm not that worried really. I was just curious because im at about 170-172 since i was 15 so i thought I'll grow some more. I've heard that sports give a lot but i haven't been practicing for few years. Now I train quite hard.. i hope I'll get few cms...

Anyway does cigarettes and sleeping in different hours prevent from growing? I regularry smoke since I was 14 and i always go to sleep at 2-3 am :p
