Develop chest.
Is the bench-press the best way to develop chest muscles? Also, is it weird if one side is slightly larger than the other? lol

Re: Develop chest.
i feel dumbells work better, get a bigger range of movement. change it up though. varying your routine gets results.

bench press is king exerices when it comes to upper body, simple as that.
If you are able to, don't forget about decline/incline bench press and like dude said before, mix it up a lil, use the dumbells sometimes etc etc (I don't want to go all the way now and explain how 2 work out, I just assume u know that) .
Another exericce you should add are flies (butterfly or dumbell). Basically that's what I do for my pec, benchpress, flies und then decline or incline benchpress - only 3 exerices but if done the right way, it works.

Incline Bench Press --- Set1 = 12reps, Set2 = 10reps, Set3 = 8reps

Dumbbell Pullover --- Set1 = 12reps, Set2 = 10reps, Set3 = 10reps, Set4 = 8reps

Flat Dumbbell Fly --- 3 Sets x 10reps

Here are a few chest workouts that you can do. You can always adjust your weight and reps but this should be a pretty good layout. If you or anyone needs workout plans or certain body part workouts just Pm me and i'll send a few.

Re: Develop chest.
It's good to have a variety of excercises when developing your chest. For example you could do weight training some days mixed with say non stop push-ups for another day. Also. if you have a punching bag, I highly recommend taking a few rounds out on that a few times a week! Since I've started hitting the bag, the lower pectoral part of my chest has really developed!
