Some help with diet

I'm trying to get in shape for the spring/summer, I'm 5`7 and about 175lbs... My goal is to turn most of my fat into muscle weight, anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

you cant turn fat into muscle.you lose fat gain muscle.you cant lose fat and gain muscle at the same time.you have to lose fat first,then gain muscle after.

to lose fat,take your body weight in pounds,which is 175, and multiply it by 10,so thats 1750 calories you should eat per day.This will guarantee that you lose 2-3 pounds of pure fat without losing muscle per WEEK. Do this until you are happy with the amount of fat on your body.

to gain muscle, take your bodyweight in pounds,which is 175,and multiply it by 15,this equals to roughly 2600. eat this much and lift weights.you'll gain about a pounds of muscle a week without gaining any fat.

That's cool, I didn't know there was equations to this shit. Anymore suggestions?

will the fat drop from everywhere or from certain places, like on my stomach i got a podge on the bottom will loosin the weight get rid of this, or would i have to do say crunches at the same time
