bruising

not to sure if this is possible but for some reason i have bruising on my arms and the only thing i can think of that i have been doing that isnt regualr is i have started doing weights. is it possible im bruising from that?

i have been clean for 3 weeks now.

i figured out what its from, at work i was lifting trampolines so i got the bruising from that
