- Rukas was born in Warsaw, Poland during Communism and escaped to Italy with his parents, then moving to Australia where he was raised by his mother, with no other relatives. He later moved to the US and now spends his time between America, Europe and Australia working exclusively in the music industry as a recording artist, record label executive and studio engineer.
In 2006 Rukas, along with his then group The Cartel with Blaze and Prophit, opened for multiplatinum US acts the Ying Yang Twins and DMX, as well as Australian rapper Phrase and New Zealand rapper Savage.
In 2007 Rukas became the first Australian based, and non-US rapper, to release a 100 Bar freestyle track. Previous US artists in the 100 Bar club include The Game, Ya Boy and Canibus.
In September 2008, The Outlawz, formed by the late Tupac Shakur, announced that they would be forming Outlaw Recordz Australia with Rukas as co-CEO, President and rapper. 2009 saw Rukas move to Melbourne to oversee the record label - Location
