Make my own music, and get artist that don't have to use a formula to sell records. As long as it's quality, I'd be fine with it. I'd be on a mission to find the next Tupac/Eminem/Big....etc...
Buy my momma her house so she won't ever have to work again. Hopefully I don't have to win the lottery for that to happen.
Regardless of what a few of you said, I'd invest a large portion of it.

Touch up my grandmas house. She's the first owner of it since they came to the U.S. Still looks beautiful but not as I know she would like for it to be.
Get all my ideas I thought of as a kid and make them reality.
Really, there is a ton I'd do. I'm sure it would change depending on when I won the lottery.
