The band is called Sanctuary (the singer, bassist and touring guitarist went on to form Nevermore). The studio version includes a guitar solo by Dave Mustaine.

The whole album reminds me of Painkiller by Judas Priest. The singer Warrel Dane's high notes are amazing.
