Rock Band 2 will also include songs from marquee acts like AC/DC and Rush; the game may also feature music by Elvis Costello and Bob Dylan, according to a track listing leaked online. Activision recently released a version of Guitar Hero dedicated to Aerosmith, and a game based on Metallica is due next year.

WOW, this has to be the first case of evidence that this thing might actually be coming other than Axl saying it is, I'm seriously stunned.

There was some evidence last year when "Better", was (for a short wile) included in a Harley Davidson commercial.

Anyway, I need to give the album a listen again, cos I don't remember if Shackler's Revenge was in the leak or not (there was a bunch of untitled tracks in there)

Yeah, I've been trying to find that out too, but I can't compaire the untitled tracks to the actual song, since it hasn't been released yet.

Word has it that 'Shackler's Revenge' was something Buckethead wrote when he was in the band. Should be dope, Buckethead is a fucking genius.

Buckethead is fucking awesome. Axl said songs featuring him made it on to the "final cut," in a response to Dr. Pepper's announcement, saying they wouldn't give a free can to Slash or Buckethead. Which I could care less, cause Dr. Pepper is shit.

well this album is in the "i'll believe it's coming when i see it on the shelves" category for me. every year there is some evidence, some sign that it may come out, and then it doesn't. it might actually come out, who knows, but i wouldn't hold my breath.

There was also a rumor regarding the NY Times article that the entire "Chinese Democracy" album would be available as Downloadalbe content and playable on Rock Band 2, so...... who knows.
