I feel sorry for people who really never get to go to the beach, especially the ones of Australian quality. Where the water is spa-warm, the waves are magnificent, the sand is gold and the girls are dayumn!
Life just seems so much easier when ya lying down catching some rays, getting a nice bronze/tan, maybe have an eski filled with beers and the only thing you have to worry about is when the tide will rise to where you are.
When I lived in Portugal, later Brazil I thought nothing could beat their beaches and beach lifestyle. Especially with beach soccer, half naked girls scattered everywhere until I came to OZ. Sure there's no soccer and there's really not many half naked girls but the sheer quality of the beaches are unreal.
If you can get past the possible shark encounter and the sprawling metropolis that is in the background then this is definitely the life for you. It's of no wonder why we have produced so many world champions of both surfing, triathlon and swimming/open water swimming.
