AllHipHop.com caught up with Method Man to discuss his upcoming (since 2010) album Crystal Meth, now produced by RZA, Blackout 3 with Redman, Wu-Tang, and future film projects.

Is it just me or does Meth sound a bit beat down by the industry? Shame, he’s always been one of my favorite rappers and Hip-Hop personalities.

It’s being called a “gold mine that will never get old”. FBI files have surfaced regarding Ol’ Dirty Bastard and the Wu-Tang Clan referencing that drugs, illegal weapons, murder, car jackings and other types of violent crimes have been committed. Here is an excerpt from the files:

The detectives have documented, in their case files, that the WTC [Wu-Tang Clan] is heavily involved in the sale of drugs, illegal guns, weapons possession, murder, car jackings, and other types of violent crimes… Once individuals have proved themselves as good and loyal members or associates of theWTC they are offered record contracts to record Rap type music…

Ol’ Dirty Bastard, born Russell Jones, was found dead in the Wu-Tang Clan’s recording studio in New York on November 13, 2004. He died of an overdose. Why have these files just surfaced 8 years after his death? It’s also been stated that Mr. Jones had been involved in at least one shoot-out with the cops. If you’d like to read the rest of this crazy story, you can either go to The Daily Swarm or Spin. I guess the Wu ain’t nothin’ to fuck with.
