After signing a seven figure deal to his new label Island/Def Jam; Shyne is set to release his first single “Messiah” off his upcoming untitled third album. Po will be working with producers Scott Storch and Coptic on the new album but the new track slated for release on Tuesday is produced by Chicago based producer LPeezy.

Shyne is still banned from entering the U.S. and was recently denied entry into the United Kingdom because of his criminal record. I hope this track  is better then the bullshit he did with DJ Khaled.

Game seems to be helping two down on their luck musicians with this one, Ja Rule is trying to make a come back and Scott Storch is still trying to pay off his coke habit taxes. This is off of Game’s R.E.D. album, and the most surprising thing? It’s dope.

2pacHip-hop singer-songwriter Joseph “The Governor” Flowers claims Interscope Records used his tune, “Po’ Nigga Bluez,” as the basis of a remix on the late Tupac Shakur posthumous album Loyal to the Game.

Flowers says he wrote “Po’ Nigga Bluez” in 1990 and included it on his 1995 album, Floss Mode, with Shakur performing in the background.

Shakur’s version is called “Po’ Nigga Blues-Scott Storch Remix” featuring Ron Isley. Flowers says he became aware of it in March 2008, nearly four years after its release. He demands statutory and punitive damages from Interscope Records and Universal Music, and wants their version taken off the market.
