Posts About Raekwon
Hahaha… R.A. the Rugged Man makes a joke out of Joe Budden’s misfortune based on his own comments on Eminem not being the best rapper alive… Plus more laughs and name droping… Lil Wayne, Obama, 2Pac… R.A. has been in the game for a minute it’s dope to see him being successful with it and having a good time.
This is kinda crazy and out of no where. I like it. Damon Dash, the co-founder of Roc-A-Fella, has formed a new record label to release a rap/rock album with The Black Keys providing the rock while a bunch of rappers provide the rap.
We’re talking about artists like Mos Def, Jim Jones, Q-Tip, Ludacris, Raekwon, RZA, Billy Danze of M.O.P., Pharoahe Monch, Ol’ Dirty Bastard, and more. Together they will release an album called Blak Roc this Thanksgiving.
Here is the official trailer and the first track, “Hoochie Coo,” featuring Jim Jones and Mos Def.

Warren G is used to be a threat in West Coast Hip Hop game. He’s trying to make a comeback with his new album The G Files. On this track he links up with Raekwon and Nate Dogg. They all go in on this track. I guess Raekwon took a break from sending his goons to Randy Couture people in the face to feature on this track.

Even though the beef was squashed, Raekwon stays mentioning Joe Budden. More shots fired followed by “I love you”’s. When will this end?
http://www.vimeo.com/6125813I don’t want anyone to get hurt, but I’d be lying if I said I didn’t want to hear them go back and forth on the mic. This is a competitive art form after all.
Slaughterhouse finally speaks up about the Joe Budden / Raekwon situation. Joe Budden wasn’t in attendance to make a comment, but it’s nice to see the rest of ‘em are on the same page, and ready to move on.
Sometimes, we as fans thrive off that hip hop drama, but for real, we don’t need to lose any ill emcees or any human beings in general, for the sake of our own entertainment. I wish Slaughterhouse and Wu Tang both, the best of luck in the future.
During the “peace talks” we posted about yesterday [click here], Royce Da 5′9″ kept it G and stood up for Joe Budden. XXL got their hands on some undercover footage.
