Posts About Lil Wayne

Here’s a tagless version of Lil Wayne’s “I’m Raw.” This is a throw back from 2007 when Weezy was still quotable.

Two new tracks from Juelz Santana, the first being a colab with Lil Wayne and the second being his freestyle over Snoop’s “I Wanna Rock.”

Drake was at Club Cameo in Miami performing on New Year’s Eve and the rest of Young Money including Lil Wayne were there watching on. Weezy and Young Jeezy come through with the assist too.

Jay-Z, Young Jeezy and Trey Songs (or the Mob Squad as they call themselves) sat down in studio with Angie Martinez for this interview.
PART 1: Introductions.
Here’s another single and video from Lil Wayne’s Rebirth. This one channels a song from the Scarface movie, which is one of the only reasons why it kind of works.
I guess after talk of Lil Wayne renting spread [click here], he’s put together this video giving a tour of his other Florida home.
I hope the album sounds better than this commercial. SMH. Does anyone who got the 500 “advanced” Amazon copies care to comment?

Lil Wayne appeared in New York court today where the judge issued a sentencing date of February 9th.
He will be taken into custody straight away after a sentence is handed down, and is facing a T.I bid of a year and a day for illegal possession of a firearm after a gun was discovered on his tour bus in 2007. Wayne pleaded guilty after being arrested.
Pics from the court after the jump.

Well, apparently Amazon fucked up and sent out 500 copies of Lil Wayne’s Rebirth album even though it’s release has been delayed until next February. So of course it is going to leak onto the internet now.
Here is Weezy’s self confessed dream come true collaboration with Eminem.

Em needs to spit like this all the time. Enough with the accents.
Props to yak pac fatal.
I haven’t seen too much on 40 Glocc lately except when he supposedly said Lil Wayne was in an SUV in Compton, California and tried to get at Weezy. Now the reason behind that is simple; 40 is a Crip and Weezy is a Blood. Anyway, here’s the official video for “Hell On Earth” by 40 Glocc. Biting off of Mobb Deep maybe?

Get this. Lil Wayne’s landlord is having a hard time selling the 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment he is renting in Miami at the moment because everything smells like marijuana.
According to the NY Post the apartment is on the market for $520,000.
“My fiancée and I called to make an appointment to see it, and the broker, deadpan, goes, ‘I have two questions: Are you offended by the smell of marijuana?” an unidentified couple said. “And do you mind coming late in the afternoon? It’s currently rented by Lil Wayne, and these are not morning people.”
It’s not all bad though! Apparently the rapper is very neat.
“Once we got there, a member of Wayne’s posse opened the door to the overwhelming smell of marijuana. Two hot, rap-video-looking girls were walking around in nothing but a bra and underwear, blasting hip-hop. We just went in and looked around and tried not to stare,” they revealed. “He had a perfectly organized closet of crisp T-shirts on hangers, neatly stacked piles of XXL magazine, and a fully stocked bar featuring multiple bottles of Hennessy Black.”
Hold on, hold on, hold on. Weezy rents?

Another cut from Lil Wayne’s Rebirth, another track that goes to show Weezy should stick to what he knows instead of trying to experiment.
