KRS-One fights to stay relevant by contradicting himself. Yeah I said it. I guess it worked because hey, this video is getting attention for him.

Look, I respect that he’s a pioneer and all that, but Im sick of him acting like he is Hip-Hop and only his word and what he is doing matters. Come on Kris, we all remember your beef with Nelly, and you couldn’t even win that one. Thank you, but Hip-Hop has grown bigger than what you did twenty years ago.

It all started innocently enough when Peter Rosenburg caught up with KRS-One at Rock The Bells Toronto, but then KRS kind of dissed and called out 50 Cent, yet then gave him props and Pete Rock said he was “the dopest dude out.” I’m kind of confused about the whole thing but it could be because I’m under the influence right now. Fire back your thoughts in the comments section below.

Crooked I is back with his second installment to his behind the scenes series at this year’s Rock the Bells Festival, this time in Toronto.

Once again Crook takes you from the plane to the stage to show you the tour from the artist’s point of view.

There are also some funny moments back stage with Peter Rosenberg, then another one with Joell Ortiz and Joe Budden. KRS-One also makes a cameo in the video and says some nice things about Crooked and Slaughterhouse.

Here is a video of Immortal Technique in the studio with KRS-One and Buckshot recording a verse for a song called “Runnin’ Away,” produced by Black Milk, for KRS and Buckshot’s joint album Survival Skills.
