Crooked I is back with his second installment to his behind the scenes series at this year’s Rock the Bells Festival, this time in Toronto.

Once again Crook takes you from the plane to the stage to show you the tour from the artist’s point of view.

There are also some funny moments back stage with Peter Rosenberg, then another one with Joell Ortiz and Joe Budden. KRS-One also makes a cameo in the video and says some nice things about Crooked and Slaughterhouse.

I just posted up the first single from Slaughterhouse, “The One” [click here], and I thought I’d follow it up with some behind the scenes footage from the cameras of Royce The 5′9″, Joe Budden and others, documenting the creation of the song and it’s upcoming video.

Behind the scenes in the studio recording the song:

Slaughterhouse
, the group consisting of Joe Budden, Crooked I, Joell Ortiz and Royce The 5′9″, have had the internet a buzz with almost as much hype as Drake has lately, albiet without really catching on in the mainstream the same way. So it is no wonder their first official single from their upcoming album is more commercial.

Will it get them that mainstream love? Is it dope? Listen, find out, and comment below.

Ok I lied, this is more like 6 minutes with Joe Budden, Royce The 5′9″ and Joell Ortiz, can’t call it Slaughterhouse without Crooked I there, but you get the idea.

A couple of days ago we posted some news about the upcoming Slaughterhouse debut album, more to the point we finally had a July 7th release date and word that it would be released on E1 Music (formally Koch Records).

Now one forth of the group Joell Ortiz (if you haven’t caught on yet, the group features Ortiz, Joe Budden, Royce Da 5′9″ and Crooked I) is giving fans a little more info.

“We did an entire album in six days!” said Joell Ortiz in a statement. “When you genuinely love what you’re doing everything is effortless. It was like a long party.  I can’t wait for the fans to experience this album.”

Ortiz also confirmed that production was being handled by StreetRunner, The AlchemistDJ Khalil and Mr. Porter (Kon Artis of D12 fame) will produce tracks for the album.
