At this point, it’s just another notch in Earl’s belt. DMX was arrested and released early yesterday morning in South Carolina after being stopped for driving on a suspended license. Anyone else notice how he tries to play the victim? You had your daughter in the car my dude. SMH.
“When I could have just paid the money right there on the spot,” Simmons told FOX Carolina. “Basically it was just five hours wasted for nothing. I don’t have a court date or a court appearance.” He said he also had his five-month-old daughter in the car when he was arrested.

What’s the dilly on this? Fredro Starr disses DMX in a recent freestyle. Probably to do with X’s interview on The Breakfast Club, where he kind of clowned on Firestarr for catching some feelings over a female. Will the Dark Man respond?
