Lil' Wayne and Compton

WTF happened, anyone know.

Game makes reference to it in a song saying something like "what they did to weezy in LA"..

and i just watched a video on TMZ where they asked him about what happened in compton and he called the photog a fag nigga.

I can't find any info in searching. anyone heard the rumors or have any idea what happened?
