The already incarcerated Lil Boosie, real name Torrence Hatch, is now facing murder charges and the possibility of the death penalty in the murder of 35 year old Terry Boyd in October of 2009. Adrian Pittman, Jared Williams, Kendrick Johnson, Jonathan Rogers and Ryan “Sneaks” Carroll have also been charged with first degree murder.

Four of the mentioned above range in ages from 16-20 years old. Adrian Pittman is 36. The Baton Rouge district attorneys office filed these charges. In all, Boosie faces the following charges:

First degree murder, three counts of possession with intent to distribute narcotics, three counts of conspiracy to commit possession with intent to distribute narcotics and two counts of conspiracy to distribute contraband in a penal institution.

UPDATE: Boosie was indicted Thursday afternoon on first degree murder charges. He was transported from the Hunt Correctional Institute to the Louisiana State Police headquarters where he was then transferred to East Baton Rouge Parish prison.  Police had been looking for a female suspect by the name of Walnita Decuir who turned herself in this morning.
