Producer QD3 gave fans an exclusive listen to Tupac Shakur’s Makaveli – The Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory album today in its original form, the way Tupac originally submitted it to the record label and the original way he wanted it.

The whole thing was a result of him promising to stream the original work on uStream.com if he got 5000 followers on his Twitter page.

The 40-minute stream featured 9 uncut songs from the original album, as well as a fan-favorite – the unreleased and original version of “Friends” which was produced by QD3 and later remixed for the Too Gangsta for Radio CD compilation.

QD3 did not state whether or not he would release the music in the future.

For the fans that weren’t able to tune into the original stream this afternoon, StreetHop.com writer Rahim has recorded the stream and we’re giving it to you as belated birthday gift in honor of Pac’s birthday.

    Further Proof…..
From Vibe Interview in 96 before his death.

    Are you motivated by revenge?

Now, it’s for fun. This new Makaveli album I got comin’ out, I’m takin’ on niggas. It’s like, my dopest album ever. It’s twelve tracks. I talk about my shooting [in New York]. I say the names of the niggas that shot me, the names of the niggas that set me up…. Everything I couldn’t say, I said it in a rap. I also dis Dre, I dis Mobb Deep. All them niggas: Jay-Z, Puffy, Biggie. My album cover is me on the cross being crucified, and the cross is the map. It’s got New York, Harlem, Brooklyn, everything. And I’m on the cross bein’ crucified for keepin’ it real.

  • Joe:

okay so im suppose to believe “Toss it up” the single they recorded a video for when pac was alive was never suppose to be on the album?

Some of you people should be more appreciative of the input Rahim and other members are givng to this site. Without these particular members there would be no audio for you to even listen to or news articles for you to read on this site or even discussion topics to participate in on the forums.

He took the time out to rip the stream and upload it so that you can have your own copy – be thankful, not bitter.

It’s better than having nothing at all, or trying to remember what the stream sounded like from memory. At least now you can listen to it whenever you want.

Rahim, thanks for the upload! i downloaded a version of it prior to downloading your version, but then i deleted the other because your version had better audio quality.
